摘要
《黄帝内经·素问》内详细地介绍五运六气学说,一本中医典籍花如此大量篇幅,其目的是要说明其机理及运用,由此可见,运气学说于中医的重要性。而中医妇科名家夏桂成教授所倡导的补肾调週法在治疗妇科疾病上其疗效卓著,近年夏教授亦十分重视运用运气学说在妇科治疗上的运用。通过临床使用补肾调週法结合运气学说的运用,准确地判断病人体质在治疗不孕症的临证过程的重要作用,并且对"治未病"又提供了理论依据。
“Huang Di Nei Jing Su Wen”, a classical TCM book paid significant attention to explaining the mechanism and usage of the theory of the five evaluative phase and six climatic factors.This proved the importance of this doctrine in the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Professor Gui Chengxia , a famous TCM Gynecologist , had been using his own methods of kidney invigoration and menstruation regulation for treating gynecological diseases and he had been obtaining remarkable efficacy .In recent years he also established how to combine the use of both these practices to accurately determine the patient＆#39;s physique , which had an important role in the clinical treatment of infertility and provided a theoretical basis for “preventive treatment of diseases”.
