摘要
分液器的设计与选型对制冷系统有很大的影响。文中先介绍了几种传统型式分液器的构造、工作原理 ,并分析了它们各自的优缺点。然后介绍了两种性能更好的新型分液器 ,一种是传统型的改进型 ,另一种采用与传统型截然不同的工作原理。实验证明 ,这两种分液器性能更好 ,分液更加均匀。尽管如此 ,研究分液器的性能和结构的关系 ,仍然是当前急待解决的问题。
Design and selection of liquid-distributor affect the performance of refrigeration systems greatly. In this article, firstly several types of conventional distributors were introduced with their structure, the mechanism of their function and their advantages and disavantages specifically. Then, two types of new distributors with better performance were introduced. One type resulted from the improvement of the conventional distributors, the other works with a principle completely different from that of the conventional types. It is demonstrated that the new types of distributors can work with much better performance, with the refrigerant distributed more uniformly. Nevertheless, research on the relationship between performance and structure of the distributors is very urgent.
