摘要
[目的]调查家长对学龄前儿童发热用药知识的认知情况,为进一步做好发热用药知识的健康教育工作提供科学的理论依据。[方法]采用自行设计的学龄前儿童发热用药知识问卷,以无记名方式对528名学龄前儿童家长进行调查。[结果]家长对发热用药的常规知识掌握较好,对学龄前儿童高热惊厥用药等急救知识及发热时是否交替用退热药知识知晓率较低(1.35分±0.48分);家长的学历越高在学龄前儿童发热时应用抗生素越少(χ2=5.567,P<0.05);学龄前儿童发热时,焦虑和担心的家长联合应用抗生素和抗病毒药物较冷静和不在意的家长多(χ2=29.108,P<0.01)。[结论]积极开展学龄前儿童发热用药知识的健康教育非常重要,医务工作者有必要加强对低学历的和心态不好的家长的宣教。
Objective:To investigate the recognition of parents on preschoolers fever medication knowledge,so as to provide scientific theoretical evidences for the further health education on fever medication knowledge.Methods:The self-designed Preschoolers fever medication knowledge questionnaire was used,and a total of 528parents of preschoolers were investigated by secret ballot.Results:Parents had better grasp on conventional knowledge of fever medication,the awareness rate was lower on preschoolers febrile seizures medication and other first aid knowledge on whether alternating antipyretics or not(1.35±0.48).The higher education of parents when preschool children had fever,the less of use of antibiotics was(χ 2=5.567,P<0.05).When preschoolers had fever, the anxious and worried parents combined antibiotics and antiviral drugs more compared with calm and care parents(χ 2= 29.108,P<0.01). Conclusion:To carry out health education actively for fever medication knowledge for preschoolers is very important,and it is necessary for the medical workers to strengthen mission for parents with bad attitudes and with low education.
