摘要
讨论了盾构施工对邻近浅基础建筑物的安全影响,以京津城际延伸线穿越浅基础建筑物长虹商场为背景,采用Midas/GTS有限差分软件,对盾构侧穿浅基础建筑物进行模拟,研究了建筑物的基础不均匀沉降、变形特征,总结了盾构施工对邻近浅基础建筑物的影响规律,为盾构施工及建筑物加固提供参考。
Based on the construction project of Beijing-Tianjin inter-city extending line, the security influence of shield tunneling on adjacent buildings and the finite difference software Midas/GTS has been used to simulate the Changhong Mall which is just beside the tunnel. Uneven settlement and deformation characteristics of the building base have been analyzed. Finally, the influence rules of shield tunnelling on adjacent shallow foundation buildings has been summarized, which could provide beneficial reference and basis to shield tunnelling and building reinforcement.
