摘要
为研究某水泥厂三号生产线30m长钢桁架输送栈桥的振动特性,对结构在皮带停止运转、皮带运转不输送物料以及皮带运转输送物料三种工作状态下进行了现场试验,测得该输送栈桥的自振频率,得到其频谱曲线。针对测试结果,采用有限元分析软件SAP 2000对上述钢桁架输送栈桥进行了模态分析,并得到其前4阶振型及自振频率。通过对比有限元分析得到的自振频率与现场实测得到的频谱曲线,分析不同工况下输送设备对栈桥振动的影响。
