二次阳极氧化制备TiO_2纳米管阵列及光催化性能研究 被引量:2

Preparation of TiO_2 nanotube arrays by a two-step anodic oxidation and investigation of its photocatalytic activity

摘要 采用二次阳极氧化法制得高度有序的TiO2纳米管阵列,并与一次阳极氧化法制备TiO2纳米管的形貌和光催化活性进行了比较。利用FESEM和XRD表征分析纳米管阵列的形貌和结构。研究结果表明:二次阳极氧化法制备的TiO2纳米管阵列克服了一次阳极氧化法制备的TiO2纳米管的表面粗糙有絮状物、管长不均等缺陷,制备出表面平滑,长度均匀的TiO2纳米管阵列,相同条件下与一次阳极氧化制得的TiO2纳米管的光催化降解速率进行对比,前者比后者提高了近一倍。 The highly ordered TiO2 nanotube arrays were prepared by two-step anodic oxidation, and compared morphology features and photocatalytie activity of TiO2 nanotube arrays prepared in one-step anodization proeess.FESEM and XRD were used to characterize the the morphology and crystal structure of the TiO2 nanotuhe arrays. The TiO2 nanotube arrays prepared in two-step anodiation process showed much better surface smoothness and tube orderliness than TiO2 nanotuhe arrays prepared in one-step anodization process, improved the irregular and considerable roughness on the top surface of TiO2 nanotube arrays prepared in one-step anodization process. Compared with TiO2 nanotube arrays prepared in one-step anodization process, the photoeatalytie degradation rate of TiO2 nanotube arrays in two-step anodiation process is almost doubled under the same experimental condition.
