摘要
目的调查HIV感染者和AIDS患者抗病毒治疗相关护理需求的现状及其影响因素。方法应用自行设计的抗病毒治疗相关护理需求问卷,对在上海市公共卫生临床中心接受治疗或随访的423例HIV感染者和AIDS患者进行抗病毒治疗相关护理需求调查。结果 HIV感染者和AIDS患者在抗病毒治疗相关护理各条目上的需求率>60%,围绕抗病毒治疗的效果、不良反应和服药依从性的需求排序位列前7,需求率>85%;是否了解抗病毒治疗知识、抗病毒治疗与否及确诊时间长短之间在部分条目上需求率有统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 HIV感染者和AIDS患者抗病毒治疗相关护理需求程度普遍较高。建议在HIV感染者和AIDS患者被确诊后尽早提供系统的抗病毒治疗及个体化的护理服务,以提升抗病毒治疗的效果和治疗依从性。
Objective To investigate nursing needs of antiretroviral therapy among people living with HIV/AIDS（PLHIV） and the in- fluencing factors. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted. A total of 423 PLHIV were selected from Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center and were asked to complete a self-designed questionnaire about nursing needs of antiretroviral therapy. Re- sults The level of nursing needs of antiretroviral therapy among PLHIV was greater than 60%. The top seven needs were concerned with effect and side-effect of antiretroviral therapy, and medication compliance, with the rates greater than 85 %. Significant diffe- rences were found in some items of nursing needs according to whether patients understood or received antiretroviral therapy, and years after diagnosis （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The level of nursing needs of antiretroviral therapy among PLHIV was rela- tively high. To improve the effectiveness of antiretroviral therapy and patient compliance, systematic antiretroviral therapy and in- divi-dualized nursing service should be provided as soon as diagnosed.
