摘要
近年来,我国高校校园暴力逐渐升级和恶化,说明了传统的高校暴力预防和干预模式存在一些不足。作为一种专业的助人方法,学校社会工作在高校校园暴力的介入过程中有着独特的空间与优势。本文旨在把学校社会工作的专业理念和方法引入校园暴力的预防和干预体系之中,并从学生、学校、家庭、社区等系统进行分析,尝试构建学校社会工作视角下相互融合、多元整合的介入模式。
In recent years,college campus violence has escalated and deteriorated in China. It indicates that the traditional university violence prevention and intervention model has some shortcomings. School social work has a unique advantage as a professional way to help people in the college campus violence intervention process. This paper aims to use the professional school social work concepts and methods in school violence prevention and intervention systems. This paper attempts to analyze those systems through students,schools, families,communities and build the mutual integration under university social work's perspective-diverse resource integration model.
