摘要
采用简捷算法对精制液汽提塔进行了模拟计算 ,并通过合理的简化推导 ,得到各操作条件 (温度、压力、汽提量和塔板数等 )与分离效率之间简明的近似关系式 ,结合实验数据分析了影响分离效率的主要因素。
The simulation calculation for furfural stripping tower was given by convenient calculation method.Through rational deduction,an approximate relation between various operating conditions(temperature,pressure,stripping amount and tray number) and separation efficiency was obtained. Main factors affecting the separation efficiency were analyzed in combination with the experimental data.
