Expression of Androgen Receptor and Pax2 in Bladder Cancer

摘要 [目的]探讨雄激素受体(AR)和Pax2在膀胱癌中的表达及与膀胱癌的侵袭、转移及预后的关系。[方法]用免疫组织化学SP法检测103例膀胱癌组织中AR和Pax2的表达。[结果]AR在103例膀胱癌肿瘤组织中有48例表达,阳性率为46.6%。AR的表达在膀胱癌不同的病理分级、T分期、远处转移及复发情况时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pax2在103例肿瘤组织中有49例阳性表达,阳性率为47.6%。Pax2在不同T分期、有无远处转移时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析表明Pax2和AR表达明显相关。[结论]AR及Pax2可能参与了膀胱癌的侵袭与转移,可作为预后判断因子,结合病理分级和T分期分析能提高对膀胱癌患者预后判断的准确性。 [Purpose] To investigate the expression of androgen receptor (AR) and Pax2 in bladder cancer, and its correlation to metastasis,invasion, and prognosis. [Methods ] The expression of AR and Pax2 in 103 specimens of bladder cancer was detected by SP immunohistochemical method. [Resuits] AR was positive in 48 of 103 cases,with positive rate of 46.6% . There was significant difference of AR expression in bladder cancer with various grades,T stages, distant metastasis or recurrence (P〈0.05). Pax2 was positive in 49 of 103 cases,with positive rate of 47.6% . There was significant difference of Pax2 expression in bla&ter cancer with various T stages,with or without distant metastasis (P〈0.05). Spearman's rank correlation analysis showed that AR and Pax2 were significantly correlated(P〈0.05). [Conclusion JAR and Pax2 might participate in invasion and metastasis of bladder cancer. AR and Pax2 can be used as prognostic factors and may increase accuracy of predicting prognosis for bladder cancer when combination with pathologic grading and T staging.
