摘要
目的研究低聚木糖对乳杆菌、双歧杆菌及肠道菌群生长的影响。方法替换MRS和BS培养基中的碳源,分为加葡萄糖2%、低聚木糖0.5%、低聚木糖1%、低聚木糖2%4组,分别接种2种乳杆菌(植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌)和3种双歧杆菌(长双歧杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌)菌液2%,测其24 h后的活菌数,比较低聚木糖对乳杆菌和双歧杆菌生长的影响;替换GAM培养基中的碳源,分为不加糖、葡萄糖2%、低聚木糖1%3组,加人体粪便菌液1%,模拟人体肠道环境厌氧培养24 h后,用选择性培养基测其大肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌的活菌数,观察低聚木糖对人体肠道菌群的影响。结果 1%的低聚木糖对植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌和青春双歧杆菌有明显的增殖作用;并且低聚木糖能促进人体肠道中乳杆菌和双歧杆菌的增殖,抑制大肠杆菌的生长,并且对肠球菌无明显的增殖效果。结论低聚木糖对肠道菌群有较好的调节效果。
Objective To study the impact of xylo - oligosaccharides on the growth of Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and human intestinal flora. Methods Replaced the MRS and BS medium carbon, divided into four groups:plus 2% slu- cose ,0. 5 % xylo - oligosaccharide, 1% xylo - oligosaccharide, 2% xylo - oligosaccharide. Plused respectively two Lactoba- cillus (Lactobacillus plantarum , Lactobacillus rhamnosus ) and three Bifidobacterium { Bifidobacterium longum , Bifidobacterium adolescentis ,Bifidobacterium infantis)bacilli 2%. Measured the few viable after 24 hours. Compared the impact of xylo -oli- gosaccharides on the growth of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. Replaced the GAM medium carbon, divided into three groups : no sugar,plus 2% glucose, 1% xylo - oligosaccharides. Plused 1% human faeces bacilli, after training 24 hours in human intestinal anaerobic simulation environment. Measured the few viable by the selective medium Enterobacter,Entero- cocci,Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus. To study the impact of xylo -oligosaccharides on the human intestinal flora. Results There was the significant promoting effect of xylo -oligosaccharides on the multiplication of Lactobacillus plantarum,Lacto- bacillus rhamnosus ,Bifidobacterium longum , Bifidobacterium adolescentis , Bifidobacterium infantis and the multiplication of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium in intestinal ; inhibited the grows of E. coli and had no obvious effect of the proliferation of Enterococcus. Conclusion Xylo - oligosaccharides could be better to regulate intestinal flora.
