摘要
[目的]延缓嘧菌酯与烯酰吗啉两单剂抗药性的产生。[方法]通过孢子悬浮液喷雾接种法,测定嘧菌酯与烯酰吗啉及二者的5个配比对黄瓜霜霉病的室内毒力。[结果]通过孙云沛共毒系数法计算出,当嘧菌酯与烯酰吗啉质量分数比为3∶1时,二者表现最大的增效作用。[结论]该比例可以作为田间试验的指导比例。
[Aims] The study aims to delay the pesticide resistance of azoxystrobin and dimethomorph. [Methods] By using spore suspension spray inoculation method, the indoor toxicity of azoxystrobin, dimethomorph and their mixtures were tested against cucumber downy mildew. [Results] The results showed that the mixtures of azoxystrobin with dimethomorph at ratio of 3 to 1 among the 5 mixed preparations showed the best synergism. [Conclusions] This result can be used as the guidance of field experiment.
