摘要
目的研究血清唾液酸(SA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及UACR与高血压前期的关系,为高血压的早期预防提供科学的依据。方法对高血压组、高血压前期组、正常血压组的SA、hs-CRP及UACR进行检测,比较三组差异。结果高血压早期组SA、hs-CRP及UACR水平高于正常组,低于高血压组,且与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与高血压组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析表明SA、hs-CRP及UACR检测结果与高血压的发生、发展有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 SA、hs-CRP及UACR检测可对高血压早期进行评估,并对高血压的早期预防提供更加科学的依据。
Objective To study the relationship between serum sialic acid (SA), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) , UACR and the prehypertension, thus to improve the scientific basis of early prevention for hypertension. Methods The SA, hs-CRP and UACR of the hypertension group, prehypertension group and normal blood pressure group were detected to compare the difference of these three groups. Results The SA, hs-CRP and UACR levels of the hypertension early group were higher than those of the normal group (P〈0.05), and the SA, hs-CRP and UACR levels of the hypertension group were higher than those of the hyperten-sion early group (P〈0.05). The Pearson correlation analysis showed that SA, hs-CRP test results were positively correlated with the development of hypertension (P〈0.05). Conclusion The determination of SA、 hs-CRP and UACR could be used to assess the early hypertension, and improve the scientific basis of early prevention for hypertension.
