摘要
电液伺服系统由于其具有负载能力强、功率密度大、响应快、控制精度高等优点,在运动控制系统中占据着不可替代的地位,被广泛应用于航天、航空、船舶、兵器、冶金、机床、模拟试验等多个领域。该文从电液伺服阀、电液伺服系统及实际应用等方面,对电液伺服技术的现状进行了概括性阐述,并对今后的发展方向进行了简要分析。
Electro-hydraulic servo system is widely used in aerospace,aviation,ships,weapons,metallurgy,machine tools,simulation test and other fields because of its distinct advantages such as strong load capacity,high power-to-weight ratios,quick response and high control precision.In this paper,in terms of electro-hydraulic servo valves,systems and practical application,the status and development of the electro-hydraulic servo techniques are generally elaborated.
