摘要
材质为HT250和HT300的汽车发动机缸体,通常壁厚δ=(5±1)mm;而轻量化则设计为δ=(3.5±0.7)mm。为解决轻量化缸体易出现浇不足、冷隔、气隔、飞溅铁豆、铁液交汇产生的裂纹状冷隔纹路等铸造缺陷,生产中采用立浇底注工艺,浇注系统设计陶瓷过滤片,使洁净的高温铁液平稳充型;采用高CE(3.90%~4.20%),并加入适量的Cr、Cu、Sn、Mo、Ni等合金元素,强化孕育,杜绝薄壁处出现白口或麻口组织,同时使薄壁处的力学性能和金相组织满足要求。
The wall thickness of engine cylinder block of HT250 or HT300 is usually(5±1) mm. But to lighten the mass of engine cylinder block, the wall thickness is designed as(3.5±0.7) mm. To solve the casting defects such as pouring shortage, cold traps, air gap, splash iron beans, crack-like cold shut in lightweight engine cylinder block in production, the processes of vertical casting from bottom gating, setting ceramic filter piece in gating system, smooth filling with clean high-temperature molten iron were used combining with high-CE(3.90% ~ 4.20%), and adding the right amount of alloying elements Cr, Cu, Sn, Mo, Ni and so on, so as to strengthen inoculation and eliminate white or hybrid structure in the thin-walled office, make the mechanical properties and microstructure in the thin-walled office meet the requirements. The castings with desirable quality were produced.
