摘要
为缩小国内外非常规油气开发技术差异,确保国内非常规油气开发作业安全可靠,通过分析国内外页岩气、致密油(气)、煤层气、稠油和天然气水合物等资源开发环境和技术的差异,梳理相关领域的开发技术标准,在国内海、陆非常规油气开发技术标准的制定和研究方面给出了建议,供相关技术人员参考。
In order to narrow the gap between the domestic and foreign unconventional oil and gas development technologies and to ensure the safety and reliability of domestic unconventional oil and gas development operation, some suggestions on the establishment and research of domestic offshore and onshore unconventional oil and gas development technical standard are given by analyzing the differences in the development environment and technology of shale gas, dense oil （gas）, coal-bed gas, heavy oil and gas hydrate be- tween domestic and foreign, and the unconventional oil and gas development technology standards and investigating the related tech- nical standards for unconventional oil and gas development, which can provide reference for related technical personnel.
