摘要
目的:探讨乳腺良性肿瘤采用乳晕边缘切口进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2011年3月-2013年5月入本院进行手术治疗的74例乳腺良性肿瘤患者,按入院治疗时间分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组38例,对照组36例。观察组采用乳晕边缘切口作为手术切口进行治疗,对照组采用传统开放切口作为手术切口进行治疗。对两组患者的手术疗效以及手术之后的瘢痕、哺乳情况进行比较。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者创面无血肿,手术切口较为隐秘,瘢痕较小,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);哺乳、瘀斑等情况与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳晕边缘切口是一种良好的切口选择方式,在乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of areola incision edge in the treatment of benign breast tumor. Method： 74 cases of benign breast tumor for surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2011 to May 2013 were divided into observation group and control group according hospitalization times, 38 cases in the observation group and 36 cases in the control group.The observation group were given the edge of the areola incision treatment, the control group were given traditional open incision treatment. Surgery effect, scarring after surgery and breast-feeding of two groups were compared.Result： Compared with the control group , the observation group were no wound hematoma, more secretive surgical incision and less scarfing.The difference were statistically significant between two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Breasffeeding, bruising were no significant difference between two groups （ P〉O.05 ） . Conclusion： The edge of the areola incision incision is a good way in benign breast tumor resection and have broad application prospects.
