摘要
滤泡辅助T(T follicular helper,Tfh)细胞是一种新的CD4+辅助性T细胞亚群,能持续分泌趋化因子受体5(CXC receptor 5,CXCR5),后者与趋化因子CXC配体13(chemokine CXC ligand 13,CXCL13)结合后使Tfh细胞迁移至滤泡区参与生发中心的形成。在可诱导共刺激分子(inducible T cell co-stimulator,ICOS)与CD40L共同作用下,Tfh细胞分泌关键效应因子白细胞介素-21(interferon-21,IL-21)发挥重要的免疫作用,重组人B细胞淋巴瘤蛋白(B-cell lymphoma 6 protein,Bcl-6)是其重要的转录因子。越来越多的研究表明Tfh细胞及其细胞因子在肿瘤以及自身免疫性疾病中发挥着重要的作用,然而对其在肿瘤中的发病机制并不十分清楚,有待于进一步去探索。文中主要对Tfh细胞的发育分化、主要特性、相关因子与肿瘤之间的关系等方面进行综述。
T follicular helper cells (Tfh cells) are new CD4 +T helper cell subsets.They can continuously secret CXC recep-tor 5(CXCR5)which can combine with CXC ligand 13(CXCL13)and guide Tfh cells to migrate to the follicular area and participate in the formation of germinal centers.Under the combined action of inducible T cell co stimulator (ICOS)and CXCL13, Tfh cells secrete key effect factor--interferon-21 (IL-2), which plays a significant role in immunity.B cell lymphoma 6 protein (Bcl-6) is an important transcription factor in this secretion .More and more studies have indicated that Tfh cells and their cytokines play an important role in ( the formation and development of ) autoimmune diseases and tumor , but the pathogenesis is not clear and needs further experiments to explore .In this paper , we summarize the development , differentiation and main characteristics of Tfh cells and the relationship between its related factors and tumor .
