摘要
研究生教育是高等教育的最高层次，培养质量是研究生教育的生命线。研究生导师素质是提高研究生培养质量的关键。目前中国研究生导师队伍中普遍存在着年龄老化和断层、整体学历结构偏低、年轻导师与企业开展科研合作不够的现象，另外在“师傅带徒弟”的培养模式和导师的遴选与培训等方面也存在着一些亟待解决的问题。在针对中国研究生教育规模不断扩大、社会对研究生教育的要求日益增高的现状，迫切需要加强导师队伍建设，将引进和培养相结合，建立规范的导师遴选与评估制度，提高导师的学术和管理水平等综合素质。
The graduate education is the highest level in high education, and the training quality is its lifeline. The teacher's quality is the key to improving the graduate' s quality. At present, we have some problems in the teacher's team such as the ageing, the education level is the less cooperation with enterprises etc., and we also have some problems in the training style and the choice of teachers. Because the quantity of graduate education is enlarged and the society demands is progressed, we have to construct the teacher's team immediately. We should combine importing with training to the talents, establish the regular system of choosing and evaluating teachers, improve the teacher's comprehensive qualities of academic level and administrating level so that it could ensure the graduate's quality.
