摘要
针对六氟化硫互感器湿度超标问题,对六氟化硫互感器结露过程、湿度超标危害、湿度超标原因以及湿度超标处理方法进行了综合分析。结果表明,互感器装配水平是关键影响因素,控制装配质量是杜绝湿度超标的最有效方法。对于运行中的六氟化硫互感器,应将湿度控制小于500μL/L。最后,对互感器中水分超标控制策略提出了建议。
The condensation course,the cause,damage and treatment of humidity overproof in SF6 instrument transformer were comprehensively analyzed,in response to humidity overproof in SF6 instrument transformer. The results showed that manufacturing quality was the key factor of humidity in SF6 instrument transformer,and improving the manufacturing quality was the best way to prevent humidity overproof. It was appropriate to limit humidity under 500 μL / L in the SF6 instrument transformer. Finally,control policies for moisture content in SF6 instrument transformer were discussed.
