摘要
综述了茶尘的定义与特性,以粉尘的形成机理和影响因素为基础,结合茶叶精加工过程的各个设备,详细分析了茶尘的形成和潜在危害,并提出以下建议:深入开展茶尘的物性研究,进行管道倾斜度、输送带速度、门窗等的合理设计;八字防控措施应根据实际情况有所取舍,重点从技术革新和通风除尘进行研究,特别是加工工艺的优化和除尘设备的革新;结合茶叶精加工过程,实现在线动态监测,匹配适宜的除尘设备;政府相关部门应及时配套有针对性的茶尘控制规范。为开展茶叶精加工过程茶尘的控制研究提供借鉴。
In this paper, we summarize the definition and characteristics of tea dust, based on the dustformation mechanism and influencing factors, analyzing the tea dust formation and potential hazards with eachdevice of the tea refining process. And we propose that making a deep study on the physical properties oftea dust to rationally design of pipe inclination, conveyor speed, the doors and windows etc. 8 charactersprevention and control measures should be based on the actual situation, especially focusing on the study oftechnological innovation, ventilation, process optimization and dedusting equipment innovation. Combining thevarious steps of the refining tea process, online dynamic monitoring and appropriate tea dust removalequipment are required. Relevant government departments should set control standard about the tea dustproblem. This paper provides reference to the study of the dust problem of the tea refining process.
