摘要
青少年男性患者,急性起病,以咽痛、发热起病,尿检示大量蛋白尿、肉眼血尿、大量白细胞尿,血清肌酐轻度升高,伴重度正细胞正色素性贫血,网织红细胞升高,Coombs试验阳性,白细胞明显升高,以中性粒细胞为主,血小板偏高,血生化示总胆红素及非结合胆红素升高,乳酸脱氢酶不高,组织学改变为毛细血管内增生性肾小球肾炎,最后诊断为急性感染后肾小球肾炎合并自身免疫性溶血性贫血。
A 16 years old male was characterized by pharyngalgia,fever,gross hematuria,acute kidney injury and severe anemia with positive direct Coombs test. After renal biopsy, the final diagnosis of acute post-infection glomerulonephritis and autoimmune hemolysis anemia was made.
