摘要
现阶段的建筑工程造价控制与管理体制已经难以适应21世纪社会主义市场经济体制的需要。通过分析我国建筑工程行业控制工程造价的重要意义,从不同角度提出几点建议,以促进我国工程造价管理事业的进一步发展。
Construction project cost control and management system at this stage of the 21 st century has been difficult to adapt to the needs of the socialist market economic system. By analyzing the significance of China＇s construction industry to control project cost, made several suggestions from different angles, in order to promote the further development of the project cost management career.
