表皮生长因子受体3在乳腺癌中的研究进展

Research progresses of ErbB3/HER3 in breast cancer

摘要 表皮因子受体3(ErbB3/HER3)是表皮生长因子跨膜受体家族的成员之一。近年来证实ErbB3/HER3与乳腺癌的发病、复发转移、化疗以及内分泌治疗的疗效密切相关,已成为非常有前景的治疗候选靶点。本文简要综述近年来ErbB3/HER3在乳腺癌中的研究进展。 ErbB3 / eER3 is one member of ErbBs family. In recent years,it has been confirmed that ErbB3 / eER3 was involved in the Pathogenesis,recurrence,metastasis and the curative effect of chemotheraPy and endocrine theraPy in breast cancer. ErbB3 / eER3 has been becoming a Promising new target for breast cancer treatments. This PaPer is going to summarize the research Progress of ErbB3 / eER3 in breast cancer.
