摘要
介绍了儿童术前焦虑的临床特征及其影响、术前焦虑的评估诊断、缓解术前焦虑的护理干预措施、国内外护理干预措施的研究进展。提出了存在的问题,指出对儿童术前焦虑的护理应引起足够的重视,有效利用护士资源,针对不同年龄儿童采用不同的干预方法,以减轻术前焦虑程度。
It introduced clinical features of children with preoperative anxiety and its influence,evaluation and diagnosis of preoperative anxiety,nursing interventions for relieving preoperative anxiety,and research progress on nursing interventions in abroad and at home.It put forward the existed problems and pointed out preoperative anxiety of children care should be taken enough,the effective use of nursing resources,the use of different interventions for children of different ages,in order to reduce preoperative anxiety.
