风电机组齿轮箱非平稳振动信号微弱故障特征提取 被引量:3

摘要 介绍风电机组齿轮箱的布置形式和结构特点。依据某类型风电机组齿轮箱特点,制定振动数据采集方案,采集两台风电机组齿轮箱高速轴振动信号;应用短时傅里叶幅值谱和小波尺度谱对比分析,分别提取两台机组齿轮箱高速轴测点振动信号中蕴含的微弱故障特征频率。分析得到一台机组齿轮箱高速轴损伤,实际验证了该机组齿轮箱高速轴为轻微点蚀故障。证实了短时傅里叶幅值谱和小波尺度谱相结合的分析方法在诊断风电机组齿轮箱微弱故障的有效性和实用性。 Arrangement form and structure characteristics of wind turbine gearbox are introduced. Ac-cording to the characteristics of a certain type of wind turbine gearbox, schemes for vibration data ac-quisition are worked out and high-speed shaft vibration signals of two wind turbine gearboxes are col-lected. Short-time Fourier amplitude spectrum of the signal is compared with its wavelet scale spec-trum,weak fault characteristic frequency that is contained within the vibration signals at high-speedshaft measuring point of two wind turbine gearboxes are extracted respectively. An analysis of the weakfault characteristic frequency, which is collected from a certain wind turbine gearbox, has indicated ahigh-speed shaft damage on it, actual slight pitting failure of this gearbox high-speed shaft verifies theanalysis.. It is confirmed that the combination of short-time Fourier amplitude spectrum and waveletscale spectrum in the diagnosis of weak fault for wind turbine gearboxes is validity and practicability.
