摘要
目的:探讨通窍活血汤治疗60例突发性耳聋(突聋)的临床疗效。方法:将120例突聋患者平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组采取常规西药治疗,研究组在此基础上给予通窍活血汤进行治疗。结果:研究组治疗的总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西药治疗突发性耳聋的基础上应用通窍活血汤,效果确切,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,加强内耳血液循环状态,共奏活血化瘀之功。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction on sudden deafness. Methods：120 patients with sudden deafness were divided into study group and control group. The control group received routine western medicine treatment, the study group received treatment with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction more. Results： Study group total effectiveness 91.67%, significantly higher than the control group 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：It has exact effect on the basis of western medicine treating sudden deafness plus Tongqiao Huoxue decoction, enhance the blood circulation state in the inner ear, achieve Huoxue Huayu effect.
