摘要
以甘肃临泽地区的天然凹凸棒土为原料,采用十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(OTMAC)对其进行有机改性,合成有机凹凸棒土以去除地下水中石油烃类物质.通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对凹凸棒土的结构变化进行表征与分析.对吸附剂投加量、吸附时间、反应体系pH值和温度等因素对去除地下水中石油烃类物质的影响进行研究.实验结果表明,采用经OTMAC有机改性的凹凸棒土处理被石油烃类污染的地下水,其最佳工艺条件:温度为30℃,有机改性凹凸棒土投加量为3g/L,吸附时间为8min,pH值为7.
The natural attapulgite clay from Linze county of Gansu Province was modified by octadecyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (OTMAC). The organic attapulgite clay was synthesized to remove the petroleum hydrocarbons from groundwater. The structure changes of the attapulgite clay were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effect of some elements such as the organo-attapulgite clay dosage, the adsorption time, the pH value of the reaction system and the adsorption temperature on removing the petroleum hydrocanbon of groundwater were studied. The results showed that the treatment of petroleum hydrocarbon contaminants from groundwater could achieve the best results with the temperature as 30℃, the ratio of attapulgite clay modified by OTMAC as 3 g/L, the adsorption time as 8 min and the pH value as 7. 0.
