摘要 300M钢优异的力学性能,在航空工业中广泛用作大件结构材料,其中最典型和最广泛的应用是飞机起落架材料。在300M钢电子束焊接工艺的研究中,通过采用增加扫描波形的焊接方法,获得了正反面成形的,组织性能优异的300M焊接接头,该工艺特别适合管类零件的焊接。电子束焊接工艺为300M钢应用的拓展,提供了巨大的助力。 300M low alloy steel that has excel-lent mechanical properties, widely used for large structural materials in the aviation industry. For example it is widely used to make the aircraft landing gear. Study on electron beam welding of 300M steel, by the use of scan waveform welding methods, get good the front and back appearance and organization performance of welded joints of 300M, which is especially suitable for welding of pipe parts. Electron beam welding procedure will powerful promote application of 300M steel.
