摘要
佳瑞矿15101工作面属于近距离煤层开采,采空区为松散煤岩混合体。实验室开展了14#、15#煤的程序升温实验,分析了煤自燃过程中各气体的生成量与温度之间变化规律。结果表明:两个煤层自燃生成的CO、C2H4、CH4等气体变化规律基本相同,C2H6气体变化规律差异明显。综合确定了佳瑞矿采空区煤炭自燃标志性气体指标为CO、C2H4及C2H2,为预防采空区煤炭自燃提供了依据,有效保障煤矿的安全高效生产。
The 15101 work face of Jiarui Mine is close distance coal seams mining , and the goaf is loose mix-ture of coal and rock.Through programmed temperature experiments of 14#and 15#coal samples , the relation-ship between different gas generation rate of coal spontaneous combustion and temperature were analyzed .The results show that the generation law of CO , C2 H4 and CH4 etc of two coal seams are basically the same , and the generation law of C 2 h6 is distinctively different.The goaf coal spontaneous combustion index gas of Jiarui Mine is determined, and the index is CO, C2 H4 and C2 H2.The research result provides a reliable basis for preventing the coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf , and guarantees the safe and high efficient production of coal mine.
