摘要
该文阐述了一项工程应用研究。将工业固体废弃物脱硫石膏直接用于道路水泥稳定基层的材料中,探讨脱硫石膏对水泥-矿渣、水泥-粉煤灰及石灰-粉煤灰三种胶凝材料的影响。研究表明:脱硫石膏辅以外加矿物加入胶凝体系后,能大幅提高基层材料的抗压强度和耐久性能。从材料性能和成本两方面考虑选用脱硫石膏-矿渣-水泥稳定碎石进行试验段铺筑。试验段检测结果表明:脱硫石膏-矿渣-水泥稳定碎石的7 d无侧限抗压强度和回弹弯沉值均满足设计要求。
This article sets forth the study on the engineering application of desulfurization gypsum from the industrial solid wastes direcdy used as the material of road cement stabilized macadam base,and discusses the influence of desulfurization gypsum on three materials of cement- slag,cement- fly ash and lime- fly ash.The study shows that the desulfurization gypsum after the additional mineral added into cementitious system can significandy improve compressive strength and durability of the base material.According to two aspects of material properties and cost,it is considered to select the desulfurization gypsum- slag- cement stabilized macadam for the pavement of test road section.The inspection result of test section shows that the7d unconfined compressive strength and rebound deflection value of desulfurization gypsum- slag- cement stabilized macadam can meet the design requirements.
