摘要
探讨了以邻叔丁基苯酚为原料 ,四氯化碳为溶剂 ,硝酸为硝化剂硝化合成DNBP(邻叔丁基 4 ,6 二硝基苯酚 )的新工艺 ,用正交实验确定了反应条件对DNBP收率的影响 ,确定了合成DNBP的最佳工艺条件 ,在此反应条件下DNBP的收率约为 85%。对含酸废水进行了进一步处理 ,实验证明 ,含酸废水可循环利用。
Synthesis of DNBP by nitrating o tert butylphenol with nitric acid and using CCl 4 as the solvent is reported . Effect of reaction conditions on the yield of DNBP was investigated by experiments arranged by orthogonal design. Optimun reaction conditions were obtained, under which, the yield of DNBP reached 85%. An experiment on the further treatment of the acidiferous waste water was carried out, and it is proved that the waste water can be recycled.
