CT血管造影在脑动脉瘤诊断治疗中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨CT血管造影(CTA)在脑动脉瘤诊断治疗中的价值。方法:回顾性研究50例脑动脉瘤手术病人的CTA检查结果,其中8例同时行DSA检查,并与手术结果进行对照。结果:50例病人CTA所见除一例假阳性动脉瘤外,与DSA结果及术中所见完整吻合。CTA可以显示动脉瘤的三维解剖结构,为诊断和治疗提供依据,结论:CTA可以作为蛛网膜下腔出血及可疑动脉瘤病人的首选检查方法,完全可依据CTA结果制定手术治疗方案。
