摘要
目的 :了解有偿和无偿献血者HBsAg、抗 -HCV、抗 -HIVⅠ /Ⅱ测定结果。方法 :均采用酶联吸附试验 (ELISA)法。结果 :有偿和无偿献血者之HBsAg阳性率分别为 2 39%和 3 32 % ,抗 -HCV阳性率分别为 4 81 %和 2 89% ,抗 -HIVⅠ /Ⅱ结果均为阴性。结论 :有偿与无偿献血者之间的HBsAg和抗 -HCV阳性率比较均有显著性差异 (t值分别为 2 86 33和 2 36 38,P <0 0 5 )。
Objective:To determine results of HBsAg, anti-HCV anti-HIV of the paid and unpaid blood donation.Methods:Using ELISA method.Results:2.39% and 3.32% of HBsAg are positive in paid and unpaid donation,4.81% and 2.89% of anti-HCV are positive in these two groups.Conclusion:Comparing the HBsAg and anti-HCV positive rate,there was obvious difference (t=2.8633 and 2,3638 P<0.05) between the paid and unpaid blood donors.
