摘要
目的:探讨中医护理在脊髓骨折手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将80例脊椎骨折术后尿潴留的患者按照护理的方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用中医护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组的疗效显著高于对照组,自主排尿时间和残余尿量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗积极性显著高于对照组,并发症显著少于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理能够促进脊椎骨折术后尿潴留患者排尿,减少并发症,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective：To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in spinal fractures patients. Methods ：80 cases of urinary retention with spinal fractures patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by different nursing methods. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on the control group, and the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results ： The curative effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The time of self urination and residual urine volume was significantly less than that in the control group （ P〈 0. 05 ）. The treatment enthusiasm in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the complication was significantly less than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The TCM nursing can promote voiding of urinary retention with spinal fractures patients, reduce the complications, and improve the life quality.
