摘要
五输穴中的经穴主治喘咳寒热病症在临床已经得到广泛应用,但是不同经络的经穴主治的喘咳寒热亦有不同病因病机。通过分析喘咳寒热的具体病因病机、经穴主治作用的记载与临床具体应用实例,探析各经经穴主治喘咳寒热的机理以及辨证应用规律。
The Jing points of the five- Shu points have been widely used in clinic to treat dyspnea with cough and chills and fever. But different meridians have different functions. Meanwhile, the etiology and pathogenesis of the diseases which can be trea- ted by Jingpoints are also different. This article tried to discuss the principles and regulation of different Jingpoints through analy- zing the specific etiology and pathogen esis of cough and cold - hot diseases and the records of its functions in old classics and clinical cases.
