摘要
目的建立一种测定阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片中乙醇残留量的方法。方法采用气相色谱法测定乙醇残留量，载气为氮气。结果0．316-2．37μg／mL范围内，峰面积与乙醇浓度间呈良好的线性关系。结论该方法操作简单、准确、重复性好、灵敏度高，可用于阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片中乙醇残留量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of residual ethanol in Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium Tablets. Methods GC with FID detector was adopted, and nitrogen was selected as the carrier gas. Results There is an excellent linearity between the peak area and the content of ethanol in the range of 0.316-2.37 g/mL. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate and of good reproducibility, and can be used for the determination of residual ethanol in Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium Tablets.
