替加环素的超说明书用药现状 被引量：14

摘要 替加环素（Tigecycline，TG）是第一个甘氨酰环素类抗生素，抗菌谱广，对多重耐药菌保持强大的抗菌活性，对多种革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌及厌氧菌体外敏感率高。医生面对有限的可用于治疗多重耐药的病原体的药物选择时，会考虑将替加环素用于说明书外的感染的治疗。本文通过检索CBM、CNKI、万方、OVID、Pubmed、ClinicalTrial．gov和CochraneLiabary等数据库，检索时间2007—01～2013—09，检索词为：替加环素、泰阁、甘氨酰环素、Tigecycline、Tygacil、glycylcycline和GAR-936，纳入近年来替加环素超说明用药的研究，对其现状进行综述。
