摘要
对于技术成熟度评价已从单项技术向技术集成应用和系统层面拓展。论文介绍了一种基于技术成熟度评价(TRA)的系统成熟度评价(SRA)方法,并将其应用于雷达系统成熟度评价中。计算结果表明该方法可对复杂系统的系统成熟度进行有效评估。
The assessment of technical readiness has expanded from individual technology to mult-technical and systematic level.A method based on the technology readiness assessment（TRA）and system readiness assessment（SRA）is introduced.Which is applied to assess a radar system.The calculation results show that this method is effective to assess a complex system.
