摘要
主要研究了乳制品常用包装材料:PE、PP、PS、PET、复合包装袋类在盛装乳制品一定时间后蒸发残渣卫生指标检测结果的变化规律。结果表明,所研究的各类包装材料4%乙酸指标随着与所包乳制品接触时间的增加而下降,而对于蒸发残渣正己烷和65%乙醇指标,所研究的各类包装材料蒸发残渣检测指标则随着与所包乳制品接触时间的增加而上升。
It researched the change of evaporation residue of normal dairy products packaging materials (PE, PP, PS, PET and composite films) when it cantact dairy products for some time. The results show that, evaporation residue index of packaging materials tested with 4% acetic acid are decreased with contacting time, and evaporation residue index of packaging materials tested with 65% ethanol and normal hexane are increased with contacting time.
