摘要
目的建立采用抑制型离子色谱法测定乳酸钠林格注射液中氯化钠、氯化钾和氯化钙含量的方法。方法色谱条件为IonPacCS12A色谱柱(4mm×250mm),淋洗液为25mmol·L^-1甲烷磺酸溶液,流量1.0mL·min^-1;抑制器为CSRS 3004mm self-Regenerating Suppressor;抑制电流74mA;电导检测器。结果氯化钠、氯化钾和氯化钙线性范围分别为2.076~207.6μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999)、2.144-214.4μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999)和3.260~326.0μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999),回收率分别为100.2%、100.9%和99.4%。结论本方法准确、简便,可用于乳酸钠林格注射液的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of sodium chloride, potassium chloride and calcium chloride content in Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection by suppressed IC. METHODS IonPac CS 12A column(4mm ×250mm) was used with 25 mmol · L^-1 methanesulfonic acid solution as eluting solution. The flow rate was 1.0mL· min^-1 .The Suppressor was CSRS 3004mm self-Regenerating Suppressor. and Suppress current was 90mA. Electrolytic conductivity detector was used. RESULTS The linear ranges of sodium chloride, potassium chloride and calcium chloride were 2. 076 - 207.6μg · mL-l( r = 0. 9999 ), 2. 144 -214.41xg ~ mL^-1 (r = 0. 9999 )and 3. 260 -326. 01μg · mL^-1 (r =0. 9999). The average recoveries of sodium chloride,potassium chloride and calcium chloride were 100. 2% ,100. 9% and 99.4%. CONCLUSION The method is accurate ,simple,and can be used for the quality control of sodium lactate Ringer's injection.
