摘要
目的:观察丁苯酞与依达拉奉联合应用在治疗急性脑梗死方面的临床疗效,并探讨其对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)和神经功能恢复的影响。方法:选择98例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机平均分为两组,对照组(49例)给予丁苯酞治疗,研究组(49例)给予丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗,两组均治疗14d。疗程结束后,观察两组的临床疗效,检测血清TNF-α和IL-1水平变化,同时对两组患者进行神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)。结果:治疗后,两组血清TNF-α和IL-1水平均较治疗前明显下降,但研究组下降更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显降低,但研究组降低更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞与依达拉奉联合应用能降低急性脑梗死患者的血清TNF-α和IL-1水平,减轻炎症反应和缺血再灌注损伤,临床疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of dl-3-n-budylphthalinde combining with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on TNF-α and IL-1 levels and Neural functional recovery. Methods： A total of 98 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated by with dl-NBP. The observation group was treated with dl-NBP combining with edaravone, both group were treated for 14 days. Clinical curative effect and the changes of TNF-α and IL-1 levels were observed. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） was tested before and after the treatment course. Results： After treatment, TNF-α and IL-1 levels of both groups were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment （P〈0.05）. And National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） also decreased in both groups after treatment but more significant in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Dl-3- n-budylphthalinde combining with edaravone can significantly decreased TNF-α and IL-1 levels of patients with acute cerebral infarction, thus it can reduce inflammation reaction and ischemia-reperfusion injury.
