摘要
目的:探讨栀草风湿镇痛膏对急性软组织损伤大鼠IL-1β、IL-6的影响。方法:取SD大鼠,分成正常组、模型组、栀草风湿镇痛膏低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组及扶他林组,测定各组大鼠损伤组织IL-1β、IL-6水平。结果:与模型对照组比较,栀草风湿镇痛膏低、中、高剂量组和扶他林对照组均可降低损伤局部组织的IL-1β和IL-6的含量,治疗组与对照组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:栀草风湿镇痛膏能显著抑制大鼠急性软组织损伤后IL-1β、IL-6的升高,具有抑制急性软组织损伤的无菌性炎症反应、加快组织修复的作用。
Objective：To investigate zhicao Rheumatic and Analgesic Plaster on the contents of cytokines inter leukin - 113 （ IL - 113 ） and interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6 ） in rats acute injured tissue. Methods ： SD rats were divided into six groups, blank control group, model group,low dose group of zhicao Rheumatic and Analgesic Plaster, me dium dose group of zhicao Rheumatic and Analgesic Plaster, high dose group of zhicao Rheumatic and Analgesic Plaster and voltaren group, then the contents of IL - 1 [3 and PGE2 in the soft tissue homogenate were detected. Results：Compared with the model group, Zhi Cao Rheumatic and Analgesic Plaster low, medium and high dose groups and voharen group could decrease interleukin - 1 β （ IL - 1 β ） and interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6） in the tissue, there was significant differences between the treatment groups and control groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Zhi Cao Rheumatic and Analgesic Plaster could inhibit the advancing level of IL - 1 β and IL - 6 in injured soft tis sue,aseptic inflammation and promote repair on the injury tissue.
