摘要
利用低相对分子质量氮羟甲基树脂对杨木(Populus adenopoda)进行化学改性,系统地评价了改性处理对杨木表面涂饰性能的影响。结果表明:改性处理稍微改善了水性丙烯酸涂料在木材表面的润湿性,对所用涂料漆膜干燥速率和漆膜附着力没有显著影响。氮羟甲基树脂处理木材在一定程度上减少了干燥漆膜挤压时产生的黏附现象,在很大程度上增强了其表面漆膜的耐磨性。氮羟甲基改性木材未对木材涂饰性能产生明显的负面影响。
N-methylol resin was used to modify the poplar wood (Populus adenopoda) and the modifying effect on the coating properties of wood was determined. The modification apparently improved the wettability of wood by waterborne acrylic stains, but did not change the drying rate and adhesion of coatings. Modification with N-methylol resin reduced the bloc- king between coated wood and substantially increased the surface abrasion of coated wood. Therefore, the modification of wood with N-methylol resin does not cause any negative effects on the coating properties.
