摘要
针对低值物资传统管理方法存在的问题,建立基于HRP系统的低值物资分类管理方案。阐述基础数据库的建立以及业务流程并总结其优势。使用结果表明新的管理方案能够优化低值物资申领审批、采购、出入库等流程,使低值物资管理更科学、高效。
Targeting the problems existed in low - value consumables management issues, one solution to construct low - value con- sumables classificaiton management based on HRP is implemented. The paper elaborates the basic database construction and operation flow, its advantages are also summarized. The result reveals that new management plan is positive in optimizing low - value consumables management process such as apply for approval, purchasing, inbound and outbound process, the management could be more scientific and efficient.
