大网膜游离端小部分结扎悬吊对腹膜透析导管功能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Small Partial Ligation of Suspension on the Function of Peritoneal Dialysis Catheter in Free Omental End

摘要 目的:探讨大网膜游离端小部分结扎悬吊对腹膜透析(PD)患者腹透导管功能的影响。方法:60例病人随机分为2组,大网膜游离端悬吊组(改良置管组)置管时将大网膜游离端小部分结扎悬吊,对照组为常规置管。比较2组病人术后导管功能及手术并发症的情况。结果:改良置管组导管功能障碍发生率明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。PD(3-6个月)之后,血肌酐、尿素较PD前明显改善(P〈0.01),2组间肌酐及尿素氮水平对比无明显差异。结论:大网膜游离端小部分结扎悬吊能预防导管功能障碍的发生。 Objective:Observe the influence of peritoneal dialysis catheter function after a small part of the greater omentum distal l igation suspension , improve the survival rate of peritoneal dialysis catheter. Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups, one group of conventional catheter, another group of catheter will omental distal-extension small ligation suspension,compare 2 groups of patients postoperative complications of the catheter function. Results:Catheter dysfunction rate in a small part of the greater omentum distal ligati on suspension group was significantly lower than the conventional group (P〈0.05), other complications including haemic dialysates, fluid leakage rate are obvious difference. After PD (3-6 months), serum creatinine, blood urea in both groups improved significantly (P〈0.01), no obvious difference could seen between the 2 groups. Conclusion:Omental free end small partial ligation of the suspension can prevent catheter dysfunction.
