摘要
信息生态理论的核心思想是强调人与信息环境之间的关系,主张信息生态位合理分化,强调信息生态系统功能的正常发挥,认为信息生态系统的平衡有利于社会和谐。信息生态理论与公共数字文化资源整合具有高度的契合性,对公共数字文化资源整合具有理论与实践指导意义。其应用价值主要表现为:构建合理的公共数字文化资源信息人系统,建立可持续的投入机制,完善信息制度,以及维持公共数字文化资源集成系统动态稳定。但信息生态位理论强调的竞争思想并不适合于公共数字文化资源的整合。
The core concept of the information ecology theory is emphasizing the relationship between people and the information environment, claiming the reasonable differentiation of information niche, underlining the normal exertion of the information ecosystem function and declaring the positive effect of the information ecosystem balance on the social harmony. The information ecology theory is compatible markedly with the integration of public digital culture resources, has theoretical and practical guiding significances to the integration of public digital culture resources. The theory is mainly applied in four aspects, such as constructing the information people system of reasonable public digital culture resources, establishing sustainable investment mechanism, improving the information system and maintaining dynamic stability of integrated public digital culture resource system. However, the competitive consciousness stressed by the information ecology theory is incompatible with the integration of public digital culture resources.
