摘要
性早熟是儿童生长发育异常的一种内分泌疾病,中医认为此病病机既有阴虚火旺,又有肝失疏泄或见脾虚痰湿,由肝、脾、肾三脏互为而致,发为此病。治疗多采用滋阴泻火,舒肝解郁,化痰散结等,中医辩证治疗女童性早熟能够缓解患儿不适症状,使乳房发育恢复至青春期前水平,改善激素水平,延缓骨龄成熟、提高最终身高,为性早熟的提早防治及治疗起到积极作用。
Sexual precocity is a kind of endocrine disease of children＇s abnormal growth. Traditional Chinese medicine finds that pathogenesis of the disease is manifold. Asthenic yin causing excessive pyrexia, the liver failing to maintain the normal flow of Qi and spleen asthenia phlegmatic hygrosis lead to this disease. Liver, spleen and kidney interact in the process. The disease treatment is by enriching yin while drai- ning fire, relieving Qi stagnancy in liver, dissipating phlegm and resolving masses. Traditional Chinese medi- cine is able to alleviate discomfort, postpone breasts growth, lower hormone level, postponing bone age matura- tion and improve adult height ,which plays a positive role in early prevention and treatment of sexual precocity.
