摘要
农业科技成果的转化需要供给、推广和需求三个主体的共同参与,社会资本的缺失阻碍了转化主体间的协同合作,进而制约了农业科技成果的转化。政府可以通过建立交互式社会关系网络、协同合作的信任机制及完善共享式的社会规范,强化转化主体间协同合作深度,从而提高农业科技成果的转化率。
The transformation of agricultural science and technoogy achievements involves the joint efforts of three main bodies including the providing sector, the marketing sector and the consumption sector. Through the investiga- tion of transformation status of agricultural science and technology achievements, combining with the social capital the- ory, this thesis analyzes the impact of social network, social trust and social norm on cooperation among transformation main bodies. The result shows that social capital deficiency obstructs the conversion of agricuhual science and technol- ogy achievements. Based on this, it is necessary for the government to construct interactive social network, trust mechanism and shared social norm, so as to promote agricultural science and technology achievements conversion rate.
