摘要
目的:促进临床抗肿瘤药物规范化治疗,保证患者用药安全。方法:建立肿瘤化疗药物化疗方案数据库和医师处方权限制系统。结果:通过将肿瘤化疗方案的分级和医师处方权的分级管理,实现肿瘤患者规范化治疗。结论:通过信息化分级管理,初步规范了肿瘤化疗方案和医师处方行为。
OBJECTIVE To promote the rational use of drugs of tumor chemotherapy in clinical practice and to ensure the safety for the patients. METHODS The establishment of tumor ehemotherapy database, and the prescription right limit system were realized. RESULTS Through the different grades of management of the tumor chemotherapy scheme and the physicians prescription right, the standardized treatment in cancer patients was implemented. CONCLUSION Through different grades of management of the tumor chemotherapy information system, the tumor chemotherapy scheme and the physician~ prescribing be- havior were primarily standardized.
